Our owner, David, presented as the keynote speaker at the Compass Group National Conference for 250 of their leaders. The presentation was interactive and fun and focused on how leaders can influence those around them. The presentation lasted 80 minutes and they have asked David to present at next years conference already!

Over several years we have developed a good relationship with City & Guilds - this has led to several of the programmes developed by DRMJ Consulting being accredited by them.
We were asked to go into Mark Two and review their offer for Tesco kitchens. We identified over 30 processes and training shortfalls that would help reduce service errors and complaints.
We wrote and delivered training programmes and sales conferences for B&Q prior to their Winter Event. At the same time we worked on the the promotional strategy, POS and media content. This helped B&Q achieve their best ever event.
We have successfully delivered bespoke learning programme to over 300 B&Q Homefit managers on the legalities of retail and how to adapt behaviour and language to reduce the volume and cost of complaints, which resulted in above targeted improvements.
A review was undertaken of the learning and development portfolio of The Furniture Ombudsman. We have achieved their first City & Guilds accreditation of a programme.

As Plumb Center moved into retail selling there was a need for a selling model and sales training. DRMJ successfully launched a newly created bespoke model and delivered the training to Consultants, Showroom Managers, Network Managers and Directors.
We worked with Homebase for over 2 years providing new learning programmes and brand launches, all achieving their desired outcomes.
